This is filled with something quite dense, and somewhat noisy. This has the benefit that it won't break down and will work outside, however it is quite firm (and not as squishy as you would presume). The fabric sheds water very easily (just pools up on it), so it works outside well. It's not very stylish, and it's not super comfortable, kind of in an odd place. Probably will end up being used in our basement for a tv chair. This beanbag lounger is just what it claims to be. Light enough to carry without dragging, but stays put once you put it down. The fabric is sturdy, and the pockets are handy. The cover is removable if you really want to wash it for some reason. Or you can just hose it down. The drawback is that it is quite firm - not the sink-into loosely-filled beanbag seating that I expected and that I prefer; Perhaps this firmness would be okay in a chair, but in a lounger you're expected to lie down in, the firmness is just not comfortable or lounge-y.Giving it 4 stars because it is useful and attractive and is what it claims to be.This is a shaped, soft piece of furniture. It is long enough to accommodate tall people and can be used indoors or outdoors.Good:- Generous size: two of us over 185cm (6' 1") found it long enough.- Materials and construction seem very heavy duty.Bad:- None to speak of.Mixed/You Decide:- It is rather firm, meaning that it provides support and retains its shape, however some will find this too hard.- The shape is thicker at both ends, giving head and feet a little elevation. I don't think this is enough for watching TV or similar activiites: This product really works better with a pillow or rolled-up blanket for head support. The jury is still out on this. It takes a bit of experimenting to see how best to use it. It's a bit hard, but once you scoot the filling around some, you can find a "setting' that is comfortable. Personally, I found lying on my side the most doable. For sure you need a pillow. This chair is gigantic. I chose it to use as extra seating in my son's soon to be "gaming" room (the garage) and it has durable fabric and again is huge. This is not comfortable at all. It’s super firm and too short to lay on confirtably. I’m 5’4” and in order to be comfy have to slide down so my feet are hanging off the end. It’s probably better for little kids. The pillow end isn’t angled high enough to be comfy either. A supreme disappointment. I was hoping for something a little softer that I could sink into.As pictured and advertised.Very comfortable floor viewing TV lounger. Prop your head on pillow and watch monster movies all day. Firm. Not the typical bean bag stuffing. durable. Light weight. Right size. The highlight is the bean density. It's not going to smash out anytime soon. Excellent fabric and construction for shape retention
