Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Each Personalized Christmas Ornament includes a ribbon loop and comes in box.

You can use marker pen to write your own personalization. (ex. names and/or date)

If you misspelled letter you can use 91% rubbing alcohol or Nail Polish Removal to remove error.

You can find both of these at any store.
