If you are very familiar with a PC, then you can figure most of the stuff out on a Mac - as I did, while waiting for this book to arrive. Also, if you have individual and specific questions on how a Mac works, you can usually get the answer from the Internet. I will admit, however, that I did find the answers in this book to two important questions that I was wondering about and that I hadn't yet found anywhere else. In summary, I'd recommend this book to any novice PC users who are switching over to a Mac.
