Installed in a 2024 Gladiator Rubicon X. The metal is fairly thin on the front and back making the entire box flex. When assembling the box, you will have to remove 46 (yes 46) screws that are preinstalled. Then reassemble. Aligning everything is 'interesting' to say the least. I could not get the last corner screw in and voted to move on. When it was done, it looked like a boomerang because it bulged forward drastically. The metal is thin enough though that some light persuasion makes it rectangular like the photo. Yes, I left everything lose until it was completely together.Installation in the Jeep was simple and I used my factory bolts instead of Tacmolles. Also, Tacmolle chose to put their badge on the front corner instead of the side so there is a large section without molles. It will also sit either on the corner of your mats or make them bulge up. Maybe not the carpet ones but definitely the all-weather ones (factory).It was packaged exceptionally well, and the instructions are exact. Please read it all before assembly or you may put a piece backwards (the bottom sections). You will also need 3 different sized allen wrenches. It came with none.Due to the metal thickness, I believe it’s slightly overpriced and would not have purchased it if I saw it first. But it still works for me and I am keeping it. For a few dollars more, you can get the JCR one that’s more robust, has locks and is slightly deeper since it doesn’t have a back. Check it out and you will understand what I mean. Purchased at $300. Fairly certain the price will drop so take that into consideration when purchasing.
